How Can I Process a Replacement for the Product I Have Received from Spyder Green?
Requesting a replacement for the furniture material you purchased from Spyder Green is simple. You will get the replacement option from your order list for the product you received from us. You can directly request for replacement over there or contact us through email or phone.
What is the duration for placing the return/replacement request?
Once you receive the product from Spyder Green, you have 10 days from that date to submit a request for replacement or return, depending on your preferences. However, there are certain criteria that we use as metrics to approve the request.
Do I Get a Refund for the Product that was Cancelled and Returned?
Yes! We provide refunds for the products that are cancelled and returned by our customers and request a refund. However, as per the policy, we employ certain criteria to confirm the product’s authenticity and ensure that we receive them in their original condition.
Eligibility for Replacement
We offer a 100 percent replacement to our customers for the product they have ordered and received and wish to replace. Remember, the product you ordered will be replaced with similar products and not with those of higher value. The procedure takes place in 10 to 14 working days, or sometimes less, depending on the recipient’s location.
Conditions Under the Replacement Take Place
The product must not exceed the warranty period time frame from the day you have received it.
Proof of defect: To initiate the replacement process, you must provide proof of the manufacturing defect. This could include clear photographs or videos showcasing the defect. Our customer care team will validate the proof provided to ensure its authenticity.
Conditions Under Which the Replacement Does Not Take Place
The product must be the same you have received from our side. If we verify that it has been changed, modified, or worsened, a replacement will not take place in that condition.
How to Request a Replacement for the Product?
Spydergreen provides an easy and hassle-free replacement policy. Follow the below mentioned steps:-
- You can directly put the replacement request in the order section.
- If you have requested a refund after a long period, you can contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- We also provide repair assistance by scheduling a technician visit to your location.
- Based on the technician’s evaluation, we provide a resolution. However, this service is chargeable.
- Our technicians replace the defective parts. However, replacing the parts of the furniture items does not resolve the issue; we approve the full replacement of the product.
Eligibility for Spyder Green Return & Refund
If a customer wishes to return a product after delivery, the return and refund will take place in the following scenario listed below:
- Returns and refunds are eligible within 15 days of delivery.
- IfThe refund will be made if the delivered product is undamaged, functional, and unchanged.
- You must provide proof of the item’s defect, like photographs or videos that showcase or highlight the fault or defect in the product.
- The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
- All accessories, manuals, and other accompanying items must not be missing.
Under the Following Circumstances, a Refund Cannot Take Place
- If the product does not meet the refunding criteria mentioned above.
- If there are any signs of damage caused by misuse, negligence, or tampering.
How to Request a Refund?

Spyder Green offers a hassle-free refund service. Ensure that the packages are untamed, and unused. Our delivery partner will receive your return package through courier pickup, without any shipping or external charges.
Once the returned product is received and verified from our side, the refund will be automatically issued to your account (as per the account details you provided).
If any refunds approved by the company within 15 days the money will be credited to your original source account within 7 working days.
Replacement and Replace product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days.
